4. Promotion - Based on your marketing research what is the optimal medium for your customers to convert into a transaction? What is your omnichannel marketing strategy? This can include social media advertisement, but also search engine optimization, traditional advertisement, event marketing, and more.
5. People – People in the 5 Ps of marketing represent the employees within the organization, the target audience (customers), and influencers. It's essential to have the right team with the necessary skills and knowledge to support and deliver the product or service. Additionally, understanding the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience is crucial in tailoring marketing efforts effectively.
